[access-uk] Re: dbx files

.dbx files are indeed databases of your Outlook Express messages. To access them, you can use a program called dbx extractor. At least, that's what I think its called, I'll get back to you all on that.

dbx filas, as far as I know, are the files Outlook Express uses to
store e-mail.  In what context does this person want to read them?
