It does seem unfortunate that less than half the testers submitted feedback.
Even if people were disappointed in the quality of the voices (as I was),
they should still have filled in the questionnaire.

Yep, they should have given them a time-limited version, or one that would
only play the supplied books, and only converted it into a full version for
people who returned the questionnaires.
