I would guess a lot of the testers saw it as a free and easy way to get a
copy of Dolphin Easy Reader.

Hi,
I had trouble sending my feedback, back to NLB. I lost the e-mail with the feedback e-mail address. So, I went to the NLB site to see if the feedback e-mail addy was there. I was searching for projects that NLB was doing at the time. I didn't get any joy so, I e-mailed them, using their main e-mail address. I asked for help in submitting my feedback, asking if they have the currect e-mail address for me to send it back to.
I got no response at all. I kept trying to search for the e-mail address I needed. To no avail which, is why I ended up not sending back my feedback. They don't seem that bothered do they.

I thought I would let every one know that the daisy project from NLB has
concluded. it was interesting reading the report though I was very surprised
to find that out of 400 respondents only 174 bothered to send back the
questionnaires, that's less than 50 percent. I would have thought this would
have been a wonderful opportunity to let NLB know what people thought during
the pilot project before production began.

Glad to see NLB recognise the need to improve synthetic voices, because most
of the ones we got in the project were rubbish.
