I first heard about grinders on this site:

It's an American site which mentions a product called Skip Doctor. Got
to admit that mine was a cheap bit of crap from Poundland that lasted
about 5 CDs, but hey, for a quid what did I expect!
It saved 5 DVDs so I was happy. Don't know if they still do them, but
if there's one nearby, worth a check.
