[access-uk] Re: contract phone?

Vodafone do but they offer better deals online than in-store so for the
best package you have to order online then take your phone in to the
shop for them to send away to have talks installed and then returned to
the store for you to collect.  They stores do seem much better informed
about the talking software (they don't call it talks) than they used to
but I  didn't trust the complexity of this process.
