If this is your first wireless connection to the network check what type of
wireless you are pumping out, if possible select modulation b and g types if it
allows both, that way you are most likely to get a connection. You will need
to log into the device to set this, so you can also check other details as well
like the session ID and take that to your wireless adaptor.

With wireless there is a real need to go through this stuff methodically.
For example have you been able to ascertain if the Belking device is
properly installed and detected by Windows, it probably needs special
drivers, so are these installed.
Next, all your devices may need to share information like the Session ID,
any encryption key and protocal, go to the router and gert these bits of
information from it into a text file and key it into the application
software for your Belkin device. You also need to check wihether your
router is pumping out 8.2.11b or g, your Belkin device if is a few years old
may only be able to do one of these, some routers you can simmultaniously
use both if your wirelss recievers of somewhat different from one another.
As far as the error message goes it sounds like a Dial up Networking Error,
I have never used a Belkin wireless (presumably a USB device) so I am not
sure why you are getting a Dial up networking error.
