its a total pain when you're in a hurry though, I'm infuriated that some brain dead idiot is getting their jollies by cluttering up my inbox and I want it stopping!!

Thing is with them, they can't just be blocked, as they are coming from
different senders, I think the only way is to create a rule and I've never 
done that before! -
