Agreed yes.
It's more than likely that blind customers would be exempt from the
rules to use them.
And even if there was speech output, this won't help the Deafblind!
Really it's an issue the blind customers needs to take up with their own
bank. I am ok because I am with HSBC and HSBC don't play silly games
like the other banks!
