[access-uk] Re: charging the Holux 240?

just to add to my earlier posts. I've discovered now that the Holux GPSlim
240 is the latest and smallest in the Holux range, or so it seems. The Holux
GPSlim 240 came onto the market in autumn 2006. It has a mini USB sync
cable that goes into your computer; this also charges the device. It has
bluetooth.

More on charging: I recently bought a travel charger for my iPod shuffle
which is basically just a 3 pin electric plug that you stick in the mains
... and it has a USB port on it. So I can charge up from hotel rooms even if
I don't have access to a computer.

I'm guessing I'll be able to charge any USB powered device with the same
adaptor I got from the Apple store.
