Slightly tricky this one, Micky, as it's not done through Date & Time in Control Panel, but via Regional and Language Options. (Trust Microsoft to make it difficult!) When you call this up, on the "Regional Settings" Tab, click the Customize button. Navigate to the "Time" Tab. Go down to the "Time format:" listbox. You now want to select a time format which has a capital H or capital HH, depending on whether or not you wish a leading zero for single figure hours. Click OK after you have made you selection, and your clock will change accordingly.
