I guess it depends how pc compitent you are to be honest. Personally I
get all my equipment from www.pcspecialist.co.uk then add/install
screenreaders etc later, if your not to familiar with all of this then
probably your best bet is a specialist supplier, as all the above
comes set up. from shopping around though I do think that these
suppliers seem to charge more for the hardware, so you could probably
get a better and cheeper spec from a mainstream supplier.
