[access-uk] bt pass word

Hi,
It has now become a daily problem with me to lose my bt connection when I am 
downloading my emails.
I have tried to go onto the btyahoo site, but it is impossible with speech. So 
there I am not able to reinstate my pass word.
I spent over an hour yesterday with BT, they changed my pass word, but today I 
lost my pass word again. If their is any one how can tell me how to reinstate 
my pass word I would be very grateful.
Also if any one has a BT email address to I can write to them about this 
reackering problem, I would be grateful.
