[access-uk] bt broadband

Hi,
when setting up bt wireless broad band is it best to pay a bt engineer to
do the job or is it quite simple for a person to set it up themselves? if
we get the engineers to come would they just set up the bt wireless hub or
would they be okay with setting us up with another hub such as from net
gear if that is better?
is the bt hub and service accessible for a blind person? and also does the
bt hub support both wired and wireless internet connections?
