Hello all,

I have also bought a new cooker during June, this time I decided to ask for
an accessible version of the user manual as well as a set of tactile knobs.

Please see below the reply I received:

Good Morning Mr Farley

Thank you for your email, and congratulations on the purchase of your new
appliance!

I am sorry to say that whilst tactile knobs have previously been available,
unfortunately the adaptation service provided by the RNIB has now been
withdrawn.

We are looking at other possible avenues so that we may continue to provide
this valuable service to our customers, however, regrettably at present we
are unable to assist with the supply of studded / braille control knobs.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

I have attached a pdf version of the user manual for your convenience as
requested.

So, a partial success.

Regards, John

Well like richard said earlier, the companies most likely got in touch with
RNIB in this regard. I have never had a problem when I have requested from
a company.
