John, I think it may have been the case that, in the past, RNIB brailled cookers etc on instruction from manufacturers - who doubtless paid for the service. I wonder if they would still Braille an appliance on that basis? Another question of interest to me is whether they would Braille an appliance for a user at a price? Any info?
