I think I saw someone ask if the Braille sense supports foreign
languages. I don't think it does, and the fact of these not being mentioned on GW
Micro's FAQ page about the BS makes me think it doesn't. You could
always contact Force Ten who sell it here and ask them, or ask at
Sight Village in a couple of weeks.

If you want to peruze the manuals they're at:

It is a pity about the Icon notetakers/organisers not being available
here. I sometimes get the impression America can be a bit parochial
about the rest of the world, but then again maybe it is the way the
organisation making it is funded. Someone needs to come up with a
similar device because it would appear to me to point the way to a
portable device that could do everything you wanted, not be dependent
on Windows and thus rather more secure, and sell at a more affordable
price, especially to those who don't want to get into PCs and access
software.
I hope something like the Icon will appear to handle streaming, DAISY,
recording notes, as well as having text imputs. An all round
portable do anything - outside of Office applications and advanced
sound editing.
Cheers,
Ray.

Hi will,
No unfortunately it is at this time impossible unless you are up
for it to get one of these. I say that because if you were daring enough, you could get it shipped from america. How legal that is: I
don't know. But there is also the chance of it breaking and then
you haven't got any support in the UK.
I agree that this is an unfare disadvantage.
