[access-uk] braille library

Thanks to all who responded to the subject of the braille library.
Seems to me not many have a good opinion of the R N I B web site but dispite
this they don't seem to be in any hurry to amend the problems.
I have forwarded the posts to my friend and will leave it to her to take them
to task.
