Hi james,

I couldn't agree more. I have always had fair support with VM. Not always
solved first time but always solved. Sky on the other hand are slow, and
their support sucks from the people I have spoken to.

All the best

Steve

Hi Chris,

I have to say that statements like that should only be made if you've had
experience with the company in question. My broadband has been down once for
about an hour during the 5 months I've been with VM, and honestly their
customer services are much better than Sky's. As a customer, who knows what
technical needs I have as far as broadband goes, I can tell you that yes, it
may take calling them 2 or more times, but in the end your problems will get
sorted.
