Hi listers,

I believe you are unable to download a-d versions of programmes. Sorry for
bad news.

Regards,

Mike

Hi

I've found the program I want but the download link is showing as
unavailable.
I followed the links to download and install the iplayer desktop but
the page advises as follows:-

Screen reader users wishing to download programmes are advised not to
install the BBC iPlayer desktop from this page. Instead please use
our option to download in windows media format. This will allow you
to play the programme on your computer using Windows Media Player. To
use this option please return to the programme page, select the more
downloads link and select the windows media option from the list.
Well the download link is showing as unavailable and there doesn't
seem to be a 'more downloads options" link.
I tried looking this via the the accessibility links and was advised:-
The help page on downloading advises not to download and install
the download manager but to select
"Screen reader users wishing to download programmes are advised to
select the For Windows Media Player download link from the select
your download list rather than installing the BBC iPlayer
desktop. This will allow you to play the programmes on your computer
using Windows Media Player.  "
But if the download link is unavailable how can I do this?

I can play the program but I want to download to play at a later
date. I've only got 5 days left to get the program but once it's
downloaded I have 30 days in which to chose the time I want to listen.

Any help please!

Martin
