Windows 7 includes one by default, and it's even available in the "home"
editions! It's in Backup and Restore Centre.

Subject: [access-uk] backup
Earlier this morning I had a catastrophe with my computer as it would not
boot up properly. Despite trying in Safe Mode and Normal Startup, I had to
resort to my recovery disc, and thankfully now all is well. However this
has
taught me a salutory lesson. Although I do backup my own files on a
regular
basis, I have never done a full system backup, so my question is, does
anyone know of a free, easy to use, screenreader friendly, Backup
programme.
Thank you in advance.
Bill.,
