[access-uk] backing up i tunes.

Hi,
I have started using I tunes both as a player and for transferring tracks to
my ipod. is there any way I can back up my itunes library onto cd, in case
anything happens my pc and destroys my library?
or can I transfer my tracks back from the ipod to the itunes library on my
pc?
