I can verify that's what happened to me when I was using OE and AVG,
Justin, so don't take everything out and start over . . ..

Hi Justin,
Yes, I found the same. When I used the plugin as Andrew suggested no
message was sent. When I unchecked the plugin I received messages but
no certification blurb. I am also using OE.
