[access-uk] automatic numbering in Word/deleting

Thanks to all who contributed to this thread and helpt me. I have now the 
document just as I want it and have learnt a great deal as well about the 
intricacies of Word.
Hope I can remember at least some of it when I want to use that feature 
again.
