[access-uk] attachments

Hi,
Having a weird problem with Outlook express. For some reason, when I press
Alt+I in order to attach a file, nothing happens. The insert menu is not
even showing up on the menu bar. I have no idea what has happened, or what I
may have done. Also, if I want to escape out of a message I am either
replying to, or am composing, Jaws just says Virtual PC. I have to press alt
F4 which does work, but escape should work as well. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
