Hi Ian, Ok thanks for this. you say tab to attachments and press enter and you can open them, I must be doing some thing wrong here as I've been trying that since I got your email, and I don't find any attachments what so ever. can you tell me any thing to check for to see if the settings are right for this please. many thanks for your help. In Windows Live Mail, the JAWS key+a to take you to the list of attachments has not been working for some time. If you have attachments. the tab key will take you to the list of attachments and the arrow keys will move between attachments in the list. pressing ENTER on individual attachments will open them.
