Hi Alex, The Nod32 user name and password will work with either the Eset Smart Security, or the Antivirus. All the best Steve -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Alexander Shannon Sent: Saturday 18 October 2008 20:36 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] another Nod32 question. Hi all, I think I know why I'm having some of the problems I'm having with Nod32. Looking at the e-mail that I received from Eset, I should be running the trial of the full smart security product, and I actually downloaded just Nod32 antivirus itself, because I already have other programs to deal with spam blocking and firewall, of which the spam blocker, Cloudmark I've paid for, and I don't want the whole Eset suite. The problem is, that I've used the username and password from the Eset e-mail to activate the Nod32 trial when the text of the message implies that I should have used that username and password for the whole suite itself. Should I reinstall Nod32 antivirus?
