I'm not surprised at the Open University here Eleanor.  They are
probably being advised by the same assessor who deals with you!

I think your comment is excellent Peter though a little harsh!  I am 
studying at a university and they provide Adobie books for visually
impaired 
and print handicaped (as they call it!) and the version of Adobie they
are 
giving out even in 2008 is Adobie 6.0.!
