I do not have much experience with the search or any other advanced 
feature in Theophilos as I used it only to read the Bible nothing more.

also, I checked the site and no longer saw the link to the version 
that had the NBIV with it. It was a study bible package. You might 
want to contact Steven Nutt, who is/was a Theophilos user himself, I 
think, and who at least used to sell the packages.
