I do not mean to sound rude at all but has he simply thought of phoning dolphin
Tech Support? They are actually very good and will even telephone him back.
He can be at his PC and they will talk through it with him. The telephone
number is 0845 130 53 53

He says he’s already tried that, and it didn’t work.

Subject: [access-uk] a supernova question
I have a friend who uses Supernova. He’s not very technical, and I know
very little about Supernova. The problem is that he doesn’t seem to be able to
enter text into edit fields on web pages. Is there an obvious solution to this?
Does Supernova have anything equivalent to forms mode in jaws? Any help would
be most welcome.
Cheers
Alex
