Hi Alex.

If you ring BT on 195 from a BT landline and ask to speak to the 
registrations team, they'll be able to change the details on your wife's 
card account.  Unless she remembers all the details provided at the time or 
can satisfy BT that she is the rightful card holder over the phone, they 
might want her to send in proof of her identity or to complete a change of 
circumstances form to be sent back to them.
