Hmmm.... that's a good question that I don't know the answer to. I would guess that the immunisation would get rid of the threat even if it's on your machine.

Thanks for this advice, As I am using spybot, I will take the advice you have given and then see what happens. although, I have one question. Should I immunise when the threat is present or should I immunise after deleting common cursors?
