  Try the creative website.  You can if required get a universal charger from 
Virgin Megga Store for £10 which will charge up your Zen when you are not near 
a computer.  Of course all these items are cheaper on line.

    Hi folks:
    I appear to have lost my little USB cable that the Zenstone to the USB port 
on a computer. Can anyone suggest where I get a replacement and does this lead 
have a particular name?
    Also, can anyone tell me the best place for buying a Zenstone? I bought 
mine out in Canada and don't know where to get one this side of the Atlantic.
