Hi Donna, http://www.yousendit.com requires no special treatment. Did you mean "upload" or "download"? Forget the popup blocker. No need to adjust firewalls. (Well not that I've found) If uploading, they do stress that you must not close the upload window until complete, but that does not stop you Alt + Tabbing to another application. When the upload is complete, it tells you. (There is also a progress bar during upload) You also get an e-mail message confirming upload. If you are downloading, you just get an e-mail message with a link. Simply click on the link. Your system may warn you about downloads, so it's up to you to confirm that you do want to download. Does it work if you have the popup blocker checked in Internet Explorer? Also, do I need to adjust my Windows Firewall in any way? Lastly, what happens when the download completes? Does it take you back to the original page?
