I too am having problems with NTL and particularly Smart Groups. I
downloaded my mail last night and just received a few which were sent out
on the 7th. Does anyone know if NTL are working to resolve this problem
as I have no other Email addresses to fall back on outside NTL.

Hello Chris,
Yes, I am with NTL and all my groups got suspended as they said that NTL
were taking to long to respond to the messages being sent, I found this
out
after some investigation on my part as I couldn't even reactivate my
messages when I found they were bouncing. This proved very inconvenient,
as
I am moderator of a couple of them and desperately needed to contact them
with messages. I resorted to subscribing another e-mail account and
finally
managed to get the NTL one reactivated at the beginning of January.
Unfortunately, it looks like NTL are playing up again, as I am having to
use
the secondary account as messages are not getting through again.
