You need to get someone to reactivate you - list owners can do this by
sending you a reactivation request, which you just reply to, then you will
start receiving mails again.

You can reactivate yourself but will first need to be registered with yahoo
which can be complicated, but is worth it if you want to continue to
participate in yahoo lists, as the bouncing phenomenon seems to be happening
more and more recently, and it can be annoying having to keep asking the
owners or moderators of the lists to unbounce you (is that a word - well it
is now!)
