[access-uk] Yahoo Sign In Problems

Hi List.

I've been locked out of my YahooGroups account and nothing I try has worked, So 
I've submitted a customer help form.

Has anyone ever submitted one of these things and actually had Yahoo contact 
them to give the advertised help? 

I've now sent off three over the last two weeks and so far zip, absolutely 
nought from Yahoo!

I've also tried solving the captcha on the site with Firefox and Webvisum, but 
Webvisum tells me there's no captcha on the page!

What's a boy to do!
