[access-uk] Yahoo! Bouncing Message

Hi
I have a member on a Yahoogroup who is currently bouncing (big surprise). On 
looking at her profile for the last bouncing message it says No MX or A records 
for onetel.net. Can anyone shed some light on what this means?
