Hi Yusef, One thing which can sometime help is to locate the normal.dot Template file and delete it. This can get corrupted in one way or the other, and it is not always obvious just how. When you run Word, it will create a new one. Its the usual Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. There's a send error report and a do not send button. I'm using Office 2003. for quite some time Word has taken a while to open either when I'm just opening the application or when I try to open a file. Today, I was writing a short blog entry and Word was responding very slowly. Any ideas?
