[access-uk] Word File Problem

Hi All
I received the Winter magazine of Deafblind UK yesterday as an email
attachment. It wouldn't open so I asked for a corrected one. I received it
and same problem.
It's shown as a DOC file which I try to open but a message comes up saying
it can't open a Word for Windows 6.0 file. I'm using Word 2000.
Can any one help please.
