This will do what you want, for free:
http://portableapps.com/apps/office/libreoffice_portable - although I
don't know about the accessibility of LibreOffice though.
Widely used, I've been using it's predecessor, openoffice, for 6 years.
Completely compatible with office, and this version can be run from a
memory stick, no install needed
