With what sort of range Brian? Like I say, I want it downstairs. Granted it is not a big house, but don't want to be left with weak signals and dropped connections. Barry told me that cards were better than USB adapters. I have a USB adapter in my desktop and it is working 100%. However, I am in the same room as the router, so that is probably why. I want now to link another desktop downstairs to the router, so would a card be best for this? And if I go for a card, how easy are they to fit? Is just sight and the instructions enough or does it require some kind of specialist knowledge given that it fits inside the PC? Thanks for all help.
