[access-uk] Windows XP Pro and Items on the Task Bar

Hi
I have Windows XP Pro and when I have more than one Word document open in order
to save space the 2 documents are grouped together. I find this very
irritating and would like to see each one separately side by side on the task
bar. How can I change this? It is the same if I had Outlook Express open and
say 3 e-mails and all 3 plust the Outlook Express culd be minimised on the task
bar at once, all sitting one on top of the other. I would like to change this
also to a different view. Can someone also remind me of the keyboard keys to
move from one to another as I am currently using the mouse.
