HI Margaret, Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Windows Firewall. Once in the firewall dialog, you'll land on 2 Radio buttons. Select "off (not recommended)", Hit Enter To ok the change you've just made, and that should be you done. HTH. I have installed Sygate which seems to work well, but each time I attempt to listen to something on the BBC, I get a visual message to the effect that the link is blocked.
