With Jaws do insert +f11 to get into the system tray. You should be able to
find the 'install updates' option with the cursor keys. Press return when
you do and the install process starts.

Subject: [access-uk] Windows Up-Date Question
Hello
I have my pc set so that Windows up-dates are automatically down-loaded.
When I switched on this morning, I received the message that my up-dates
were down-loaded, and I was invited to click a button to install them. My
problem is, how do I find the button to click? I use either JFW 7 or
Window-Eyes 5.5, and have Windows XP.
Many thanks.
Marg.
