Hello,
There isn't an option for it to do this. You need to go into your sistem tray,
right-click the WLM icon and choose exit from the menu.

Live Messenger it says "Windows Live Messenger is still running", I can't find
anything in Options to stop it remaining running in the background when I exit
the program, anyone any ideas?

Cheers, Barbara
