Hi Eleanor.

Did you not get that all sorted out? I remember trying to help you place your first order with them and being rather surprised when you told me they'd refused to serve you. I hope they do now though, you probably gave them what for and then some "smile".

All the best, Ibrahim.

I will have a look Adrien but I need my question answered about the
sluggishness with the netbook. I would hate to slow it down altogether.
I've had problems in the past with Play.com as someone from my building
purchased and did not pay and when I attempted to purchase in the past it
never arrived. I checked the order and phoned them up and they said my
building was blacklisted!!!!

Hi Eleanor

Play.com has the starter to home premium for £57, quite a
bargain, look for the anytime up-grade. I know it is there
as I was going to get it for my sister the other day.

Adrien

Oh well Adrian I have a netbook with the Starter but I am
tld that I can upgrade it to Home Premium but I want to
decide if it is worth the additional investment. It is
sluggish especially when updating but I am wondering if this
will remain even if I upgrade. Maybe the upgrade will swamp
it, even though I am told it can be upgraded.

HI Eleanor

With starter you can only use 3 programs at a time,
windows,
speech and perhaps outlook, no more, it is a waste of
space,
go for home premium.

Adrien
