Oh well Adrian I have a netbook with the Starter but I am tld that I can upgrade it to Home Premium but I want to decide if it is worth the additional investment. It is sluggish especially when updating but I am wondering if this will remain even if I upgrade. Maybe the upgrade will swamp it, even though I am told it can be upgraded.

HI Eleanor

With starter you can only use 3 programs at a time, windows,
speech and perhaps outlook, no more, it is a waste of space,
go for home premium.

Regards

Adrien
