Yes it is much better. But until JAWS and other screen readers have been updated to take in to account some of the differences you will have a few problems with it. However yes I would say ( and I think others have siad before) that there are many ways in which is is better.

It's not particularly informative or in no way answers the original question. There are quite a few things which are better about Windows 7 and accessibility is one of them. Many parts of Windows 7 work better and are much more accessible than their Vista counter parts.
