[access-uk] Windows 7 and Internet Explorer

I have a new laptop running Windows 7.  Noticed that there is no Internet 
Explorer or Firefox.  Want to use Internet Explorer.  Do I need to download 
this and if yes, would someone be kind enough to send me a direct link to 
download it.  Many thanks.
