In reply to Chris's enquiring about Internet Explorer, I believe the
going situation is that there will be a ballot screen that will let you
obtain the browser of your choice.  Assuming this does come off it will
be interesting to see if one of the browsers (Opera) that was foremost
in the original sumissino to the EU commission get any greater market
share.  I believe there is still a dispute even about this, aparantely
some have qualms about having the icons for each browser be displayed
since those (particularly on the Opera side) are concerned that people
will just assume the Internet Explorer icon with the way they get
internet and only go for that.  The madness continues...
